Eachfunction modules have functions of addtion, deletition and modification. It supportsstudents to inquires the result of examination and provides teachers with examinationanalysis services as well. At the same time, it allows departments to have some of theirown settings,such as professional management setting and curriculum setting. And thesystem provides users with a variety of printed reports, so it has an important role and isof great value to decision-makers and managers of schools and students. It will not onlyreduce their tedious manual labor and save more free time, but also save a lot of moneyfor schools. The reliability, confidentiality and low cost of the system has greatlyimproved the efficiency of student information management.The system uses a quite mature client/server model (C/S model), acted as backstagedata by ACCESS2003. This system greatly meets the demands of the Vocational andTechnical School of the Torch development Zone and has improved the level andefficiency of the school’s student management.
