Research And Analysis On Enterprise Management System Of Industrial Service Park In Taizhou Economic Development Zone

In order to promote the development of regional economy in Taizhou Economic Development Zone, we need gather the innovative resources, cultivate new industries, and accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading. Therefore, Taizhou people’s government established the taizhou economic development zone industrial park. The construction of the park is not only the foundation of the government work but also the platform for enterprise development. The government needs to implement unified management to the enterprises entering the park, carry out the policy of the survival of the fittest, and cultivate more potential projects and more quality enterprises so as to make the enterprises benefit more. In the process of the evaluation, the government needs not only to embody the fairness and impartiality but also the high efficiency and convenience. Therefore, how to build a convenient and efficient online reporting and management system will not only enable the government to work with half times but also get the favor of more enterprises in the park.Based on the current development of industrial park service in Taizhou Economic Development Zone, firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of performance appraisal management system for the upcoming enterprises and defines the research contents and main tasks of the research. Secondly, business analysis, functional analysis and data analysis are made based on the content of enterprise performance management. In the part of business analysis, detailed analysis are made on the problem existing in the performance appraisal in the traditional manual operation and document delivery and the former process of performance appraisal management, and the process of performance appraisal management after transformation is put forward. In the part of functional analysis, with the analysis of data flow analysis and data dictionary, the management function in the performance appraisal management is defined, the framework of the system and the structure of the function modules are put forward, which include such function modules as enterprises entry application management, the management of the enterprise performance appraisal, the quit application management and system management. In the part of data analysis, this paper analyzes the data which need to be processed by the different functions of the system, gives the E-R diagram and establish the database table structure. Finally, this paper gives a brief summary about the research and analysis of the performance appraisal management system, and talks about the existing problems and look forward to the further development of the upcoming enterprises’ performance appraisal management.
