"Ningbo Digital Technology Park" is found by Ningbo Polytechnic, Ningbo develo pment zone and Ningbo Municipal Information Industry Bureau. Based on the Ningbo P olytechnic, it closely combining with the government and enterprises, creating a high te chnology industrial park featuring industrial economic structure of Beilun region, jointl y building a park integrating talent cultivation, industrial training, research and develop ment. With more and more enterprises entering the park, the original manual manageme nt for settled enterprises has become increasingly unsuited to the needs of the rapidly ch anging management; the demand for automatic management on the settled enterprises in the park becomes more and more urgent. This paper researches and analyzes enterprise information management system in Ningbo Digital Technology Park.The paper introduces the research background, project significance, current research and application status and clearly put forward the research content and major tasks of the paper. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the system problems, organization, existing business processes and provides the reformed business process. Meanwhile, in the functional analysis, the paper analyzed the role of the system, given the data flow diagrams of different system layer and data dictionary as well as the overall system structure and structure of various sub-function module; in the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data that need to be processed in each function modules of the system, providing the ER diagram and set a database table structure; finally, the paper gives conclusion to the research and work, and forecast future development.
