On the 28th of December 2008,<inner Mongolia daily media group> (After called media the group briefly) was established officially. Nowadays the media group has became a large range media group that is included <three newspaper, two magazine, two net>.This paper is aimed at media group carry on recont as media develop sequence, and the brand strategy by differentiation strategy, brand development strategy of rolling, advancing with The Times more innovation strategy, and integration of resources to expand influence four aspects are analyzed. In the process of the brand strategy implementation is the lack of lack of talents, technology and lack of news sources, puts forward the solution.This thesis consists of introduction, chapter one, chapter two, the third chapter, conclusion and so on four parts. An introduction to the research object of this paper, research status, research purpose and significance, research methods for the statement. The first chapter on the media group brand statement. This chapter is divided into two parts-Inner Mongolia daily brand development and brand media group. The second chapter studied the media group brand strategy. Is divided into media group brand structure analysis and the media group brand strategy implementation. The third chapter is in the process of media group brand strategy implementation problems and solving measures are discussed. The content of the conclusion part summarizes the whole thesis, puts forward the point of view.
