Vision-based three-dimensional measurement system has many advantages, such as low cost, high accuracy, wide measurement range,non-contact and so on. In recent years, it has good application prospects in the industrial and civil areas. Against this background, the develoment of vision-based three-dimensional measurement system was studied in this paper. The content and results of this paper are as follows:(1) An interactive three-dimensional measurement system was designed and developed in the paper. Functional modules of the system includes the following sections: camera calibration module, an interactive select of image corresponding points module and geometry measurement module. VC ++ and Open CV vision library was used in the entire system development and the dialog windows was used in the system to enter the required parameters, and to display various operating results. In addition, it is simple to operate.(2) The syetem was tested in this paper, taking the Nikon D300 S camera fitted the Nikon50 for example, The whole process includes calibration mode board pretend, camera calibration and geometric distance measurement, and finally the experimental results were analyzed. The test result shows that: the system has strong robustness. And the calibration and measurement results with high accuracy can meet the general measuring needs. What’s more,it lays a foundation for the development of a more sophisticated system. |
