Foot as an indispensable part of the human body,also plays an irreplaceable role in daily life.If there is any problem with the human foot,it will seriously affect the normal life.As society continues to progress,people also pay more attention to the protection of the foot,long-term use of inappropriate shoes will not only induce a variety of foot diseases,but also cause sports injuries,affecting the health of the human body,so the human foot plays a protective The role of footwear has become the object of people's pursuit.In people's footwear requirements continue to increase at the same time,how to help consumers buy their own comfort and comfort shoes has become a research hot spot for all manufacturers.Customized footwear has also become a hot topic today,manufacturers in the footwear customization process,the foot of the key parameters is the production of an important basis for the last,which also plays an important role in foot morphology.In the context of the above research,this paper developed a set of automatic extraction system of foot parameters based on multiple depth cameras.The main research content of thesis is summarized as follows:1.Foot Scanning System Based on Multiple Depth Cameras:In this paper,a set of automatic foot scanning system is built by using four depth cameras,which effectively solves the problems of unfixed position and long scan time of a depth camera in the measurement,The system can quickly and accurately complete the three-dimensional reconstruction of the foot while ensuring the reconstruction accuracy and robustness.2.Fast calibration of multiple depth cameras:Compared to a single depth camera scanning system,the core technology of multiple depth camera scanning systems is how to stitch together point cloud data collected by four depth cameras.In this paper,the first calibration and then splicing scheme is adopted.Firstly,the four depth cameras of the system are calibrated in order to obtain the relative spatial position relationships among the depth cameras.Then,a depth camera is used as a reference to perform point cloud collection for other depth cameras.Rotate the translation to achieve point cloud splicing.This scheme only needs to calibrate the system once before scanning to realize the repeated scanning in the later period,which greatly saves the operation time.3.Three-dimensional reconstruction of the foot model:After the completion of the previous point cloud data collection and preprocessing,the three-dimensional reconstruction of the foot model is started,ie point cloud configuration.This paper combines the main component analysis on the basis of the traditional ICP algorithm.(Principal Component Analysis(PCA))sparse and reduced the dimension of the point cloud,thereby reducing the computation time of the ICP algorithm.At the same time,it effectively corrects the direction deviation generated in the traditional ICP registration algorithm and saves the operation time.4.Automated measurement of foot parameters based on contour lines:Combining the characteristics of foot ecology and anatomy,this paper presents a more scientific,convenient,and easily understandable automatic measurement of foot parameters.Automatic extraction of foot parameters is mainly divided into three steps:The first step:is to correct the posture of the foot model so that the main axis of the foot is automatically aligned with the X axis.The second step:Locating the foot feature point,based on the study of foot anatomy to determine the size of the foot of each feature points.Compared with manual measurement,the system has more foot parameters,higher precision and faster speed,which meets people's demands for the health of modern sports.The third step:according to the location of the relationship between feature points,calculate the corresponding foot parameters.
