With the visual measurement equipment and algorithm constantly updated,visual measurement has gradually become indispensable items in the production process,the visual measurement with real-time measurement,multi target,reliability,non-contact,flexibility and portability makes the visual measurement has great research value and widespread application prospect.Camera calibration is the cornerstone of this study.Therefore,this paper makes in-depth analysis of the principle and method of nonlinear camera calibration,binocular calibration method was optimized based on a calibration results,using two re projection calibration,can solve an image distortion Harries corner extraction problems due to inaccurate calibration,so as to improve the calibration accuracy,through the comparative analysis of color the two time remapping and de pth camera pixel error,and the color images and depth images obtained by Kinect correction graph,verify the validity of the optimized Zhang Zhengyou correction projection calibration method based on the basis of this research on measurement and three-dimensional measurement plane size.For the measurement of plane size,in the light of illumination and the change of workpiece color,the equipment is applied to plane size measurement by using the advantages of Kinect depth camera,such as insufficient illu mination and color interference.Through the research of image segmentation,filter processing,shape matching and measurement system calibration,a set of plane size measurement methods suitable for Kinect depth map is found.In order to solve the defects of the traditional standard calibration method is susceptible to measurement of environmental measurements such as object height changes,camera pose change again after calibration,introduced a calibration method of depth vision system based on experiments to validate the calibration method of vision system based on depth,the results show that Kinect measurement with anti light according to the interference,lack of advantage,but also has the characteristics of high measuring precision,good stability,the relative error of measurement is 4%.For three-dimensional size measurement,the high precision 3D point cloud construction is the core of stereo measurement,through the study of point cloud filtering,point cloud registration,point cloud segmentatio n,point cloud surface reconstruction,to find a suitable set of measurement methods of three-dimensional size of Kinect software is programmed to realize three-dimensional size measurement.The experimental results show that the method based on 3D reconstruction is effective and feasible.It has the characteristics of high accuracy and good stability,and the relative error is 4%.
