Along with the continuous development of embedded technology, computer technology and network technology, as well as the improvement of the performance and the data processing ability of hardware, the Internet of things technology to get fast development. Under this background, Cyber- Physical Systems came into as a new type of embedded network system, and cause the attention of the government, academia and industry. CPS is a comprehensive system which collection of physical, biological and engineering, it has the characteristics of global control and local control, the new emerging network system caused the interest of research community, it is a kind of important development direction of the future communication network.CPS is widely used in monitoring and control of the critical infrastructure, defense weapon system, health care and many safety critical domains such as intelligent transportation. Network architecture and protocol is the practicality and efficiency key factors that affect the CPS. CPS composed of many subsystems such as perceptual system, control system, due to the limitation of work environment and the system structure, the technology of Wireless Sensor network has become a part of the CPS, the mature related technology of Wireless Sensor network(WSN) can also applied in the CPS. In extreme environment, with the need of CPS perception system and the limitation of perceptual node in the network structure, making some difficult extreme problems that can be hard dealt with. Therefore, to minimize the energy consumption of perception nodes in the network and prolong the life-cycle of the network, become one of the main goals to the wireless sensor network protocol of CPS perception system.In the paper, we engaged in routing transfer protocol to research the WSN. Further study the previous wireless sensor routing protocol, systematic analysis of different theories and methods of the wireless sensor network routing protocol, aiming at traditional LEACH protocol in wireless sensor network in clustering mechanism and the lack of data communications, fusion of the CPS and wireless sensor network technology, proposes a hybrid optimization improvement agreement HOBDE-LEACH. New protocol uses the clustering strategy for the election of cluster head, first put forward coverage radius of seed scanned into fast clustering cluster algorithm, to ensure full coverage of areas; During the running of network, energy and distance are considering to load balancing method, adopt different cluster head election in difference stages and the communication mechanism. At the same time, through the simulation results proved that the improved protocol can effectively balance the network load and energy consumption of cluster nodes, and has a more reasonable distribution of cluster nodes, can prolong the network life time.
