A Study On The Network Expression Of Social Public Opinion

The expression of public opinion is the main content of social democracy and the rule of law. It’s an important topic related to civil life closely. As the rapid development of Internet,the expression of public opinion has a new channel of expression-- the network.In real life, network expression of public opinion has embarked on a public decision-making stage.On the one hand,it plays a positive role on promoting the awareness of public consciousness, improving the ability of government action, developing the media supervision function, providing fresh topic to media and so on. On the other hand, it has negative influence, for example, it may accelerate the spread of rumors, violate the rights of others, cause the coerced or distorted opinion, lead to excessive entertainment.This thesis makes an integrated and comprehensive exposition about network expression of public opinion and discusses the course of formation of the network expression.By expressing the definition of related concepts and the formation mechanism of the introduction of the social network public opinion, combining the theory and practical case together,the thesis analyzes the positive and negative effect of network expression.And then, the thesis puts forward the feasible intervention strategies,in order to promote the sound development of the social public opinion of network expression through the joint efforts by the government,the media,the network opinion leaders and the public.
