The Design And Realization Of Administrative Registration System Of Industry And Commerce

In recent years, with the widespread application of information technology, the information of industrial and commercial administration management is more and more become a new subject in front of routine work. Whether to build a service-oriented government or change the function of the industrial and commercial administrative,further construction of information is all needed. Only in this way can we provide a more convenient and fast industrial and commercial business service platform for industrial and commercial management service object, such as enterprise, consumer and so on. This paper comes from the author’s experience in a construction project of information system. In order to introduce the industrial and commercial registration management system clearly, the author introduced the construction background, the requirements, the design and the implementation of this system.Industrial and commercial administrative registration management system is an in-depth application of the information technology in the work of industrial and commercial administration. It achieves the business functions of registration and management of enterprises based on the results of informational construction in industrial and commercial administrative management organizations. The system’s main functions are achieved on basis of J2 EE technique and WEB approach. The SOA service-oriented architecture thinking is used in the system design, and the Struts,Spring, Hiberante and Jstl techniques are applied to build the core application supportive frame. As a result, the system achieves the core mechanisms of DAO, cache,plug-ins and task scheduling which are shared among basic development platforms, and achieves the SOA integration service framework with the WebService as a core technique. On basis of that, other extensional components such as print, Han to Pinyin,code generation, templates, mail, ect. are also achieved.The system’s business functions are launched around the registration and management of enterprises. It comprises functional sub-systems of name pre-check,domestic enterprise registration, foreign enterprise registration, individual registration,group registration and system management, etc.The amount of system users, data volume and external deployment are fully taken into account in designing the system’s operating environment, and the appropriate hardware platform and software platform are built. The system connects to the external systems by way of interfaces and services.Finally the convenience is described that the construction of the system brings to the actual work according to her actual work experience and looks into the future development of the system.
