The truck-mounted concrete pump has widely applied in buildings, bridges, subway, tunnel works of concrete placing job.It belongs to the high-power,high-fuel consumption of concrete delivery equipment for construction machinery,whose economical performance is good or bad directly relates to the level of construction costs and the level of environmental pollution.Under the concept and background that environmental protection has become increasingly popular in today’s energy conservation, to undertake truck-mounted concrete pump research on energy-saving technology has vital practical significance.This article studied the energy-saving technology of truck-mounted concrete pump from the parameter matching view of dynamic system. Through the analysis of the working principle, energy consumption of the hydraulic system and the the existing dynamic system control mode,we found that the existing mode of parameter matching was unreasonable. Through the engine pedestal test,we could get the fuel consumption and energy-saving space of diesel engine at the different condition, finding out the economical working curve of diesel engine,that laid the foundation for energy-saving. Through the analysis of the pump working and single arm working,I put forward the load self-adapting method about parameter match. According to the change of the load, I make dynamic and joint regulation of engine speed and main pump displacement, so that the engine always works in the vicinity of the economical working curve, reaching the aim of saving energy. As for the hydraulic shock and energy loss at the changing of pistons,I put forward the adjust of main pump displacement,based on the sensor feeling of hydraulic pressure. As for the energy loss at the waiting time, I put forward the method of returning the idling speed autoomically. Through the theoretical calculation and actual construction work it verified the feasibility of parameter matching project. The results indicated that the parameter matching method can effectively reduce engine fuel consumption. The average energy-saving rate is above 10%.
