The truck-mounted concrete pump belongs to the high-power,high-fuel consumption of concrete delivery equipment for construction machinery.And it has widely applied in buildings,bridges,road building and other construction projects.And it can effectively guarantee the construction quality of construction and reduce the labor intensity.As the energy shortage and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,the economy of the high energy consumption of truck-mounted concrete pump was put forward higher requirement.Because its energy-saving performance directly affects the construction costs of the level of environmental pollution and the extent of energy consumption.So it has practical significance to undertake truck-mounted concrete pump research on energy-saving technology.Based on the domestic and foreign reference technology literatures related to concrete pump,this paper analyzed the basic structure and working principle of pumped hydraulic system of concrete pump truck,and introduced the development history and the research status of truck-mounted,and analyzed the energy consumption distribution of truck-mounted concrete pump.Then,the bench engine test of the diesel engine of the pump truck was carried out,and the load characteristics and universal characteristics of the engine ware analyzed and the curve which can reflect its characteristic was drawn by MATLAB software.Then,the constant power characteristics and variable control characteristics of the hydraulic pump ware analyzed.Then,the matching mechanism of the energy saving regulation of the engine and the hydraulic pump was analyzed,and the load of the truck-mounted hydraulic system was calculated theoretically,and the matching scheme based on the dynamic programming algorithm is designed.Finally,the physical simulation model of concrete pumped hydraulic system is established in MATLAB/Simulink,and the hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed based on the load of different working conditions.It was shown that the energy-saving matching scheme based on dynamic programming can effectively reduce the fuel consumption of the truck-mounted concrete pump.The simulation results show that the energy saving effect of the engine is improved obviously under the light load and medium loading conditions.Under the heavy load condition,the energy saving effect is improved,but it is not obvious.
