The FEA On The Strength Of Truck Mounted Concrete Pump's Frame

Aimed at the structure and characteristic of the frame (base structure) of the truck mounted concrete pump, an appropriate and correct finite element analysis model is established by adopting such ways as theories, software and tests. A good effect is acquired after the local improvement to the structure of the frame foundation according to the finite element analysis results.At first, the dissertation introduced the general situation of the development, constitution of structure and motion mechanism of the truck mounted concrete pump. It's also presented of the theory fundament and software that are involved in the research project. The formulae are concluded respectively at detail according to the precondition and the program compiled with C language is presented as well. The concrete establishment progress of the truck mounted concrete pump's frame is presented from the exertion of loads, the establishment of restraints to the creation of meshes. The feeble position is found on the frame according to the results of the finite element analysis and improved on the mechanism strength. It's proved by the studies and practices of the research project that the method with high technology on the design and development of the large-sized and complicated mechanism is quick and effective. It can shorten remarkably the period and cut down the investments of the product's development.
