This paper studies the parameter matching of the hybrid power pump power system.different from the traditional concrete pump,hybrid concrete pump power system structure is more complex,hybrid power system than the traditional power system more auxiliary power motor and battery pack,the need to more rational distribution of power system power source power source and auxiliary power source output power.The parametric matching of the hybrid system is essentially based on the power of the load demand to arrange the output power of each power source reasonably,and make each power source in an efficient working state,in order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.In the second chapter,the paper analyzes the characteristics of three kinds of transmission modes of oil and electricity hybrid-series,parallel and mixed.From the cost and efficiency,this paper chooses the parallel hybrid transmission mode.Secondly,the characteristics of the engine,ISG motor and battery pack in the parallel hybrid system are analyzed.According to the 8 sets of rotational speed and torque data of the engine,the 3D graph and the universal characteristic diagram of the fuel consumption are programmed in MATLAB,The corresponding rotational torque of the fuel economy area is analyzed,and the charging and discharging efficiency characteristics of the battery pack are analyzed.Finally,a model of parallel hybrid system is established,which includes the establishment of engine sub-model,ISG motor sub-model and battery sub-model to form a parallel hybrid system simulation platform to verify the rationality of matching parameters.In the third chapter,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various types of engine,ISG motor and battery pack in parallel hybrid system and selects the types of components suitable for the hybrid power pump power system: engine selection electronic control diesel engine,ISG motor selection DC permanent magnet motor,battery pack selection Ni-MH battery pack.Followed by the analysis of the specific conditions to calculate the maximum power requirements of the working conditions.Through several different simulation experiments,the fuel consumption of different mixing degree is fitted to get the best degree of mixing.The parameter matching of the power of the key components of the hybrid system is completed according to the optimum degree of mixing.In the fourth chapter,the genetic algorithm optimization method based on the minimum fuel consumption is established,the optimized parameters are substituted into the working space of the simulation platform,the simulation results before and after the matching parameters are compared,and the model of the traditional concrete pump is established.Finally,the hybrid concrete comparison of pump fuel consumption and traditional concrete pump fuel consumption.The results show that the hybrid concrete pump is 8.605% less than the traditional concrete pump.
