Research On Synchronicity And Diachronicity Of Reconstruction Design For Old Buildings

With the development and evolution of old buildings reconstruction, people’s request of reconstruction is not only on the basic requirement of usage, but more on the continuation of history etc for old buildings. There are a lot of good examples for reconstructions of old buildings both at home and abroad, but some only focus on the satisfaction of basic functional requirements, while neglect the history continuation for the old buildings, or focus on the history continuation for old buildings while neglect the basic requirements,both of them do not well balanced.The paper advocates that in the process of reconstruction, old buildings can only rebirth by focusing on both history continuation and basic requirements of reconstruction together. Choose operational reconstruction design method with practical significance for presence of synchronicity and diachronicity in reconstruction of old buildings from enclosure interface, indoor equipment, light, materials and colors, opening and passage six aspects and apply it to practical reconstruction project to explore and verify its feasibility, which can change theory to practice, vision to reality and provides research results with practical reference value to synchronic design and diachronic design.At last, make summary and self-examination to research result and shortages for this topic and forecast the development prospect of synchronic design and diachronic design in the future and propose some suggestions and countermeasures for development bottleneck at the moment.
