| As a historical building with a certain age and protection value,Qingdao Liyuan exists in the old urban area of Qingdao,and increasingly becomes an important component of the regional characteristics of Qingdao architecture.In the past,Qingdao Liyuan has been demolished in large quantities with the change of urban residential demand.The only remaining Qingdao Liyuan has witnessed the development and change of Qingdao over the years.Through the field investigation of Liyuan block,the author found that most of the Liyuan buildings were built in the early 20 th century,and there were defects of low comfort and high energy consumption in the Liyuan buildings.With the rapid development of our society and the progress of science and technology,the user’s demand for the use of buildings is constantly updated,and Qingdao Liyuan is gradually unable to meet the higher demand of users.During the period from the 11 th Five Year Plan to the 13 th Five Year Plan,China has made a special development plan for green buildings and building energy conservation,aiming to build a low-carbon,energy-saving,green and efficient building development direction.In September 2020,at the 75 th United Nations General Assembly,China clearly proposed the "double carbon" goals of "carbon peak" in 2030 and "carbon neutralization" in 2060.With people’s pursuit of spiritual level and improvement of life quality,the green concept of architecture gradually integrates into people’s daily life.The green concept of architecture,which includes the concept of respecting and repairing the historical context of the city,people-oriented,reducing energy consumption,and protecting the environment,is an idea that conforms to contemporary policies,and is also the living state that people pursue today.The application of green strategy to the inner courtyard can help the old buildings of the inner courtyard better alleviate their disadvantages of high energy consumption and low comfort,and help the inner courtyard adapt to the new requirements of the current social environment for the inner courtyard.From the overall perspective of green concept,combined with the case analysis and research practice of Qingdao Liyuan,this paper studies the green strategy suitable for the reconstruction of Qingdao Liyuan.The first part,through the basic research on green strategy and building transformation,clarifies the green category of the green strategy discussed in this paper,sorts out the current domestic policy norms related to building green,and analyzes the relevant concepts and transformation cases of old buildings at home and abroad,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent research.In the second part,two parts of Guangxingli,the latest renovated one and the entertainment one that has not yet been renovated,were selected for field research to sort out the current situation of the courtyard,and problems were found through the analysis of Lvjian Swail energy-saving software,Lvjian PKPM software,and SUN Zhongzhi Rizhao analysis software.The third part,from the whole to the part,puts forward the green goals and transformation principles of the reconstruction design of the Liyuan building,summarizes how to solve the current problems of the Liyuan with green means,and puts forward the green strategy of the reconstruction of the Liyuan building referring to the five aspects of the green performance of the building.The fourth part,taking the simulation transformation design of the amusement park as an example,adopts the green strategy suitable for the transformation of the inner courtyard buildings to carry out the transformation design of the amusement park,and demonstrates the effect of partial transformation strategies by combining SKETCHUP modeling,Green Construction Sville energy-saving software,Green Construction PKPM software,and SUN Zhongzhi Rizhao analysis software.To sum up,this paper puts forward the current situation of the courtyard through the field investigation and analysis of the courtyard,ranging from small door and window components to large building layout.Under the guidance of the five major aspects of green building,this paper puts forward the green strategy for the current situation of the courtyard,and simulates the transformation design of the entertainment.This study is conducive to improving the use comfort of the courtyard buildings without damaging the historical style of the courtyard buildings,and reducing the energy consumption in the use process,providing a reference for the reconstruction of the courtyard buildings and other types of historical buildings. |
