Amalgamated Dwelling Reseach Of AreiaPreta&NAPE In Macau

This paper summarized the development of Macau amalgamated dwelling,include types and characteristics of various periods. It analyzed the influence factors of residence in various periods of Macau and supplement the framework of Macau residential reseach. Therefore, it can objectively descript the urban residence, conclude the development direction and regularity.Macau is a special district in China, the development of the city is a civilization and culture fusion process from Chinese and the west in the past hundreds of years. The research of Macau reclamation residence is necessary to refer the developed countries’ s. By the comparative analysis of residential case, should it provide inspiration and reference for Macau reclamation residential design. It also reminded of the unreasonable regulations of Macau residence and give some suggestions to improve them.In the analysis of the Macau reclamation residence, this paper selects NAPE and Areia Preta as reseach sites, and take visiting local residents, sites survey, satellite images screenshot etc. as investigaion methods. AreiaPreta and NAPE have been already formed, and they can provide plenty of representative residential samples. Most residences in Areia Preta are core towers,but most are single-loaded corridor towers in NAPE. They represent two different residential styles of Macau.Through NAPE and Areia Preta residential layout analysis, summarizing the characteristics of the typical residential units and groups, I hope it can provide feasible suggests to reclamation residential design.
