C350Bid Section Of Macau LRT Project Management Research

The Macau LRT construction, which is invested by Macau Government, has begun since2011. My company successful win the bid of C350Section-Tapai Central Section Construction Project. Been the project manager of C350, the writer should take seriously research on the control of quality, progress, human resource, communication and so on, to ensure each management target can be achieved.Gross investment of Macau LRT estimates11billion MOP. It is the first project which takes internationalization management model and employing European Consultant company in Macau Government Invested Projects. Engineering and human resource in Macau has its own feature. If the international management models are fully copied and transferred into Macau, it is not always acclimatized. So it is necessary to research project characteristics and combine local&enterprise situation to formulate homologous management measure, in order to fulfill with all control targets of project, to establish company image and enhance the overall competitiveness.The dissertation starts by introducing the background and the research strategies of the project management, and putting forward the research contents:the management of quality、 progress、safety、environmental protection、human resource and management communication. The second chapter reviews related documents, introducing the related theories of project management in the real-estate industry, and the development and application of the theories for project management research. The third chapter introduces the interview of C350, and also introduces, on the basis of literature review, the theories of engineering construction project management. The forth\fifth\sixth chapter analyze the management of quality、progress and human resource of the C350project, indicate the targets of each item, conclude the procedure of each management through WBS analyze method. The seventh chapter analyzes the project uncertainties by means of break-even analysis, and puts forward the risk prevention measures by identifying and assessing the potential risks of the project. The eighth chapter analyzes the project management communication. At last, rationality proposals are made based on the research conclusion.Theoretical analysis and real work will be combined in this article. The manage requirement of client and consultant for this project will be systematic studied. Revolve around with quality、progress、human resource and all other aspects of project to do analytic demonstration. Management measure complying with practical situation will be enacted. Research findings of the article will be useful for project actual operation and similar works, and it will have important theoretical value and practical application value.
