Research On Living Style Of Arcades In Yingping Of Xiamen

Arcades in Yingping area of Xiamen have been a century of history。They witnessed the vicissitudes of Xiamen, and has been retained under a special form of this supplier on live.But with the development of the times, the arcades are constantly changing.Due to the changes in population structure of original living peopleand the uncertainty of tenants.Also people want the further improve of life needs.All ofthese make occupants have to go through a variety of ways to transform the existing dwelling.Based on the survey of residence life in arcades in Yingping area,the paper is to analysis living lifestyle and living space in order toexplore residential space usage under the influence of the new way of life.Through the analysis of their living space and use, summarizing the relationship between the two, and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the use of living space in arcades.Finally put forward the transformation methods based on studies intended to provide a reference to the residents of the autonomous residential renovation.There are five chapters in the thesis. The first part(chapter 1) stated the background of the thesis, the aim, international and local current studies. The second part(chapter 2) stated the basic information of the study, including selected examples of the current habitat investigation. The third part(chapter 3 and 4) are the prior analyzed chapters, through the information and advanced analysis, to come out with a method of usage, to identify the main characteristic and the area of usage, in order to provide the straightest, the most important data in the residential design.The third chapter is mainly to analyze the use of living space, based on the overall layout and habitation units as the investigated target. Forth Chapter is to come out with a proposal of living space from the individual building.The forth part( chapter 5) is to come out with the revolution methods.The fifth part( chapter 6)to summarize the main conclusions of the article. Also, to determine the rest of the investigation which has not been done in this thesis, and to propose the further.
