Research And Implementation Of Network Test Equipment For Airborne Integrated Display

Airborne integrated display as the most important information interaction interface between the aircraft and pilots. Integrated display is the pilot gets the aircraft state information window. In order to ensure the stable, reliable, safe operation for integrated display, must go through rigorous testing. With the rapid development of military aircraft in China, military test equipment forward networking, modular, portable direction, but the existing test equipment of the integrated display has been unable to adapt to the development demand the test, due to the large volume, high cost, and poor flexibility. Therefore, research the network test equipment of new generation for integrated display is very necessary.This paper througt analysis test requirement for the integrated display of the pod environmental control function which designed by AVIC Xi’an Institute, with the development of the network technology, proposes of the network test equipment design scheme based on LXI standard. Hardware circuit adopts modular design, include the control board and bottom board, the core control circuit adopts S5PC100 processor which based on Cortex-A8. The bottom circuits are composed of a power supply unit, data acquisition and transmission unit, LAN network communication unit, LCD display unit and the peripheral unit. This paper introduces the hardware circuit from the chip selection, circuit design and PCB design. The software design based on embedded Linux operating system as the platform, development of test equipment interface driver, write the test equipment applications program, implementation of network equipment identification of mDNS protocol, the LAN configuration, web server set up, webpage dynamic interaction based on LXI standard.After the successful development of test equipment, through the hardware and software function testing and debugging, indicators of the test equipment to achieve the design targets, the test work can be done pod environmental control function of integrated display. Compared with the original test equipment of the industrial control computer, reduce the cost, improve the flexibility, realization of network test. It has certain application value.
