As computer technology and communication technology develops rapidly, current life and world have increasingly visibility and virtualization. People are more and more dependent on the virtual living space constituted by Internet to solve daily problems and satisfy a higher level of their psychological demands. As a multifunctional virtual space where college students can obtain information and share life, campus interactive platform has already become one of the most important carrier and main activity space to visualize students’ states of life. However, most current campus interactive platforms are negligent of planning. Homogeneity and lack of user viscosity is also prominent. In this case, it is valuable and significant to build a new campus interactive platform to satisfy the daily physical needs of user groups on campus and discover their deeper psychological needs. Based on deeply research on Goal-Directed Design, this paper combines quantitative and qualitative research method to analysis the behavior and potential demand of campus users when carrying commodity transactions. According to this analysis, a new type of campus social platform would be built which is based on commodity trading through interaction design and prototyping. Meanwhile, this paper studies the design framework of campus interactive platform from the perspective of information architecture, task flow and visual interface design and finally proposes the corresponding design principles for each part of the design framework. So specific and feasible methods to achieve user goals of a campus interactive platform can be provided.
