| With the continuous updating and development of science and technology,3D printing technology is also developing rapidly,and its application industries are becoming more and more extensive.The application of 3D printing technology in water conservancy projects is still a relatively new attempt.Using 3D printing technology to print 3D solid model has high efficiency,low cost and simple operation.Therefore,this paper uses 3D printing technology to make 3D solid model of hydraulic engineering.In this paper,a series of processes of 3D printing technology from modeling to slicing and printing are systematically studied.Aiming at the 3 D printing of roller compacted concrete arch dam,an assembly method of block forming is put forward The STL data file is studied systematically.Aiming at the problem of transforming surface mesh into finite element volume mesh in STL file,a program is developed to process the data in STL file,so as to realize the transformation between thin-walled and equal-thickness 3D printing model and numerical calculation mesh model,which provides a new method for dividing finite element calculation mesh.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of coordinate information and normal vector information contained in triangle patch in STL file,which is an important data file in 3D printing technology,based on Fortran language development program,the node and vector information in STL file are processed to generate volume mesh which can be used for finite element calculation,thus realizing the conversion between thin-walled and equal-thickness 3D printing models and numerical calculation models,and providing a new method for generating finite element mesh of 3D printing models.(2)Based on the theory of digital graphic medium,the 3D model of a RCC arch dam is established by using Revit software,which provides a digital model for printing 3D solid model of RCC arch dam.According to the idea of printing and assembling a large volume model in blocks,a roller compacted concrete arch dam model is divided into blocks,sliced,printed and assembled,and a 3D printed model of roller compacted concrete arch dam body,bedrock and slope is successfully produced. |
