In the era of big data,it is of great significance to fully tap the information contained in the long and large number of standard bridge inspection data.Through the statistics and analysis of the large data of bridge basic information and regular inspection information,we can get the rules and experience for the scientific decision-making of the bridge maintenance work of the bridge maintenance unit in our country.In this paper,with the help of the inspection terminal,we obtain standardized and standardized bridge inspection data,and then do statistical analysis,mainly doing the following work:(1)Improve the bridge inspection process,and development of intelligent inspection terminal based on Windows platform,the bridge can accurately record the basic information,standardized collection and disease information accurate data is stored in the system database,the analysis provides resources for big data bridge statistics.The disease information collected in the system database is searched,and the periodic inspection report is generated according to the evaluation results of bridge components,components,parts and scoring units.(2)Through dynamic statistics,statistical analysis of the bridge between the basic information(such as the construction of the upper structure type,and between area and number of bridges,roads between administrative levels and types of superstructure,the relationship between)basic information and technical condition(the upper structure type bridge age and technical condition and technical condition,etc.),understand bridge survey,get influence of basic information on the technical condition of the bridge,as the bridge Guanyang unit provides the basis for making the maintenance planning.(3)Based on the Markov chain to establish the bridge condition prediction model.Aiming at the project-level bridge,the whole degradation process of the bridge is divided into different degradation stages,and the bridge degradation model of different degradation stages is established to predict the degradation of the bridge.For the road network level condition prediction,the system counts the condition of the periodic inspection of all bridge on the road network,calculates the probability of condition transfer,and predicts the probability of distribution of different technical conditions.(4)Statistical and analysis of the defect data of the bridge regular inspection.Statistical and analysis of the relationship between the type and number of bridge disease with the basic information of the bridge,to obtain the knowledge,to carry out scientific maintenance plans.And statistic all bridge defect,calculate maintenance costs.
