Research On The Optimization Of The Design Defects Of The Middle And Small Theater Based On Digital Technology

Theater buildings is the product of culture and architecture, the function of the nature and use of building complex, according to the survey, the theatre our country has built,there are quite a number of theatre quality defects, can’t meet the using demand of the performance groups and the audience. A variety of causes, one of the phenomenon in terms of building design, the main reason is that: at present our country lack of professional talents in the field of theatre construction,the professional design institute of theater architectural design is extremely scarce.The general civil architectural design institute receives the theater design task, take the theater building as the common public building to design, little imagine, theater design is a complicated, involve wide, should be considered more professional and more kinds of work.This paper, taking the middle and small theater as the research object,research on user satisfaction of the Xi ’an people’s theater, the Xi’an radio and television theatre, the Xi’an people’s art theatre,To explore the use requirements of the users of theatre building.In addition, the author through to the theatre design related theory principle in the field of research both at home and abroad, and the combination of the theatre practice design experience, summed up the current theater design flaws and defects, including design flaws,size, shape and function layout defects,acoustic design flaw, the architects design defects should be pay attention to avoid in the theater building design.With theatre design defects existing in the construction, the author tried to using digital technology to optimize design, including the parametric design method and the BIM technology.The application of the parametric design method based on rhino software in the optimization of theater building design includes:(1)The optimization of the design of the ground from the slope and the line of sight, to avoid the emergence of the theater after the completion of the line of sight to block and too much bias;(2)The theater body and interior epidermal optimization design, to obtain the best effect of acoustics. BIM technology in to optimize the design of the theater building applications include:(1)Visual design: Based on the Revit and other BIM technology can provide approximate real visual design, which makes it easier to find the design defects.(2)Collision check: collision check of the theater building model and structure model by using BIM technology; collision check of mechanical and electrical equipment and building structure model; collision check of pipeline.(3)Theater performance simulation: acoustic simulation and indoor comfort simulation,and so on.
