| With the popularization of mobile phone、camera and other electronic products,a large number of optical glasses are applied to make mobile phone and camera lens.Because of the image quality of camera lens decided by optical glasses’ quality,it requires better and better optical glasses in industrial field.It is easily to generate pock mark,scratch,burr,edge damage and other flaws on optical glasses surface in the process of processing.Therefor,it is necessary to detect flaws on optical glasses before they enter the market.At present domestic optical glasses flaw detection is still widely used manual detection method.So,it has wide application prospect to achieve the automatic detection of optical glasses.The academic dissertation use machine vision technology to detect flaws on optical glasses surface.According to the principle that flaws will become bright spots and bright bands by diffuse reflection under side light.The visual system collect image information and give the decision result,and then transmit the decision result to PLC.Then PLC control actuator classifies the optical glasses.The main research content of this academic dissertation are three points.The first,the lighting method of pock mark and scratch is analyzed.According to the method low angle circular light source is used to light.The second,the generation principle of light halos in high curvature optical glasses visual inspection is analyzed,and two methods which are polarization method and differential pretreatment are given to solve the halo and get good effect.The third,unique flaws detection apparatus is developed.The glass slide is used to avoid the disturbance during edge damage detection.,and black body is used to form dark background and enhance contrast.and then developed flaws detection apparatus based on dark background.In the end,the testing and data analysis are carried out on 53 optical glasses with a diameter of 10 mm and developed the testing apparatus.According to the data,the scatter diagram of total flaw quantity is drawn.It is found that burr glasses and edge damage glasses have the number of flaws.The total flaw quantity of pock mark glasses and scratch glasses are obviously higher than burr glasses and edge damage glasses. |
