| Recent years,Significant results have been achieved in the economic development of townships in severe cold areas,in which the residents demand higher-level residential thermal comfort,accordingly the energy consumption has also heightened.The emergence of environmental pollution and energy crises followed one after another.To further completely conduct the nation’s concept of scientific development,effectively advocate maintenance for energy,By drastically reducing greenhouse gas emissions,building advanced rural areas many upcoming problems summon the resolutions for huge consuming of energy and low-level equipment for insulation in serious cold ranges.The courtyard architecture arrangement plays an enormous roll in splitting the climate varies from indoor to outdoor.It is vital to upgrade the characteristics of thermal system.Passive energy-saving technology represents nearly zero energy consumption and low pollution.The development of passive energy-saving buildings and reducing the energy consumption requirements of villages and towns can fundamentally improve energy conservation.Founding on some current analysis,this paper emphasizes on the study of approaches saving energy,from the perspectives of space organization development,enclosure system metamorphosis,shade manufacture,and popularizing of laid-back manufacturing mechanization,indoors of villages and towns.Based on the existing problems of village houses in Liaoshen area,this paper studies passive energy-saving design examples at home and abroad,summarizes its passive energy-saving technology strategies,and promotes the application of passive energy-saving technology in villages and towns housing in Liaoshen area.in the design practice part,a passive suitability plan is designed for the Optimization of Spatial Design of Typical Residential Houses in Dongtang Town and Reconstruction of Envelope Structure,Fengcheng City,using Swell software from a macro perspective Establishing a digital building full-information model can help architects more intuitive feedback on energy-saving design,and then use computer software to assist in comparing and quantifying the energy consumption data of the original house and the reconstructed house,forming an efficient transformation based on data analysis Plan and explain its social benefits through data presentation. |
