The “HIA Method and Theory Study of the Historic City Subway Construction Projects”(51308434) and a series of research and practice on the HIA of Xi’an, which establish a qualitative and quantitative assessment system and method. Solving the assessment factors, assessment scope and other key technical problems at the same time. Currently, the HIA in Photoshop platform is mainly manual operation and computer assisted. This The operation is complicated, which is not conducive to the management and analysis of large amounts of data. However, the powerful data management, analysis and decision-making functions is more conducive to the HIA of historical city which has large number of data and complicated situation. This paper is based on the above theoretical research and practice. Exploring the Feasibility and specific means of Chromatography Multiply Assessment Method in the GIS platform. Thus optimize evaluation method and technology platform, improve the efficiency of evaluation. Meanwhile, enrich the research contents of “HIA Method and Theory Study of the Historic City Subway Construction Projects”(51308434).This paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, Explore the assessment principle and technical route of HIA based on GIS by Chromatography Multiply Assessment Method contrastive study between Photoshop and Arc GIS. Secondly, to optimize three stages assessment framework of the subway construction project. Thirdly, the general situation of Zhen Jiang Subway construction projects and the historical and cultural resources. At last, the HIA of Zhen Jiang metro’s recent construction. Selecting the assessment objects, detailed assessment on the key cultural relics and put forward the protection measures and suggestions.
