With the rapid socio-economic development and the quality of living rising,people’s environmental requirements within the residential building higher and higher,but also increases the use of new high-power appliances and lighting equipment, which the residential building energy consumption of heating and air conditioning had a great impact. Residential building indoor thermal environment not only on the amount of heat has a great impact, while the energy consumption of residential buildings also plays an important role in the change. In view of this, the building housing today the amount of heat radiating investigation has important research value and practical significance.Based on the developments of residential building envelope and windows were analyzed and summarized, come along with the development of this year both indirect heat output of the heat source inside residential buildings have a certain increase. At the same time because of people’s living standards, the use of all types of appliances, the internal heat source amount itself has also been improved significantly. Northwest area of residential buildings questionnaire to obtain relevant data in the amount of internal heat source, Based on mathematical statistics method to analyze the reliability and validity of the data obtained, and on this basis to get the dynamic distribution of data summary Northwest cities and the amount of internal heat source in the new rural housing construction and the index value. The amount of heat indicators for each function room for the corresponding comparison, and the impact of various factors in the internal heat source analysis. Finally obtained the following conclusions:( 1) By comparing recent residential building housing area, changes in home appliances and living standards shows that, with the progress of society and technology,whether it is the amount of internal heat source in residential building itself, or internal heat source factors have occurred great changes.( 2) Obtain the dynamic distribution of the northwest cities and new rural residential building in the heat emission in 07:00-08:00,11:00-12:00,17:00:00-18:00,19:00-23:00 in four time, urban architecture living room and kitchen internal heat source is higher, the internal heat source of new rural restaurant and living room is higher.(3)The urban kitchen and bedroom each accounted for the proportion of internal heat source is about 30%, living room and bathroom each accounted for the proportion of internal heat source is about 20%.The new rural bedroom accounted for the proportion of internal heat source is about 30%, living room,kitchen and bathroom each accounted for the proportion of internal heat source is about 20%.(4)Through the questionnaire data, statistics and analysis, access to the city and the amount of internal heat source in the new rural housing construction value of about2.4 times the standard.
