Along with the opening of building energy saving work and publication of relatedenergy conservation standard, energy conservation design must be adopted andconducting heat loss index is made of checking whether new town residential buildingsreaching to the energy conservation standard. Through the study of the existing buildingenergy efficiency standards, we found that the heat loss index calculation method ofenergy efficiency standards is simple.so study on the heat loss index calculation isnecessary.Nowadays, with the development of the housing industry and the improvement ofpeople’s living standards, the dwelling layout and construction quality level of theresidential buildings are also constantly changes. Changes in all aspects of theresidential building reflects the changes of the lifestyle of the people, the averageresident population quantity and the way of energy, the changes in these factors causechanges of the internal heat of the building. The study found that the buildings internalheat gain index of《Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings insevere cold an cold zones》(JGJ26-2010) is still use the1986issued by the《Energyconservation design standard for new heating residential buildings》(JGJ26-86)3.8W/m2,The internal heat gain of the building is the important part of the heat loss index.Compared with the1980s, the current people’s lifestyles and living standards hasundergone great changes. With the proportion of the building envelope and airpenetration energy consumption accounts for the heat loss index decreasing, the internalheat gain inside the building should not be ignored. Building heat loss index calculationprocess continue to use the original internal heat gain may occur following two situations:①Changes in the different periods of the residential buildings of the sametypes of internal heat sources (including cooking, lighting, appliances and body heat)makes the interior of the building was the heat change, making the building heat lossindex differences;②The same period of house area of residential buildings of differentarchitectural quality grade change, per household or per capita building energyconsumption indicators appear very different. These differences make our evaluation todetermine the energy efficiency of residential buildings produce larger controversy.This article based on the analysis of the type of construction of residentialbuildings, the people’s way of life as well as the residential building internal heat gain,thus corrected the residential building internal heat gain, propose more reasonablebuildings heat loss index.
