| In recent years,the economic development of our cities shows a trend of rapid growth of stability,the rate of the growth of the urbanization is fast,which results that the level of urbanization in our country has entered a new stage.At the same time,with the process of accelerating urbanization,the rapid whose small towns’ development is fast,some small towns,especially which have strong historical and cultural features or have certain natural and cultural landscape of small cities and towns,gradually attract more and more visitors and investors,our country is in a new period of rapid development of urbanization.However,due to the development of small towns’ planning system is not enough mature and perfect,many towns in the process of development and construction are the same lack of characteristics or lose their original ethnic customs characteristics,so in the planning and construction of small towns,there often have a lot of problems,such as:the tension of person,the limited space expanding land.,and so on.All these problems reflect the deficiency of the urbanization development,as a result,reasonable planning and development about the cultural industry park are the most direct and effective method to improve the development of small towns.Many experts and scholars have conducted that a detailed field investigation,and they confirmed many times that the construction of cultural industry park not only could promote the urban economic development,but also effectively promote the planning and construction of small towns.This paper make the Town of Fu Brick-tea as a research object,set out from the facts and the perspective of comprehensive development,combine the town planning and construction of cultural industry,then it analyze the planning and the impact on the surrounding area formation from the aspects of economy,tourism and real estate,and get the following conclusions:(1)For the promotion of regional economy has a good effect,as the Town of Fu Brick-tea’s planning and construction,the rate of urbanization increased year by year;(2)In the process of the analysis of the tourism industry,the urbanization rate is closely associated with the development of tourism,instructions to the Town of Fu Brick-tea’s planning can directly drive the development of local tourism,The author also found that the local cultural industry development is slow,including eight tea industry has a larger development space;(3)There has positive effects on construction of real estate in particular,the local rate of urbanization is closely related to the relationship of sale’s area of real estate,it is proved that the Town of Fu Brick-tea’s planning will effectively drive the surrounding area of the development of the real estate industry;(4)The strategic analysis of the Town of Fu Brick-tea’s planning results,shows that Town of Fu Brick-tea not only has formed a unique advantage in tourism development,but also faces some challenges in the process of development and construction.In the process of planning and construction must make sure to improve the strength and breadth development,and to do live in harmony with the local residents,strive to play to advantages and avoid disadvantages,grab the opportunity and make full preparations to meet the challenges. |
