Research On The Green Space In Urban Precaution Living Perimeters

When experiencing the improvement of civilization, we also suffer from the disasters. The city is a huge carrier of these common disasters. The natural disasters, from 1923 Kanto earthquake to 2004 Indonesia tsunami and 2008 China earthquake, and the man-made disasters, like 9.11 terrorist attacks and the 2002 China SARS event, all caused great damage to the city. Therefore, urban disaster prevention has always been an important part of urban construction. It’s important to combine the city disaster prevention into the general life, in this way we can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of disaster prevention. Thus, we come out a concept of “living area with disaster prevention”. The main idea of the planning of the “living area with disaster prevention” is “Do not escape, do not avoid, self-sufficiency”, which means each area can provide the route and enough shelter rapidly. The urban green space system is the core carrier of urban ecological security as well as the important part of urban disaster prevention system. Therefore, the design of urban disaster prevention green space should be integrated into the construction of “living area with disaster prevention” actively.Through consolidation and review the relevant literature, sort and refine the related system of living area with disaster prevention, and further study into the construction standards of urban disaster prevention green space and the evaluation of disaster effectiveness. Select Xinyi District, Taipei City as a research examples, through field research, data integration, sets of chart analysis and effectiveness evaluation, to finger out the shortcomings, summarize the good practices. Focus on the development strategy of urban disaster prevention system in green space, bring up the proposal to the development of Guangzhou urban disaster prevention system.The first chapter is the introduction part. Including: the background of this topic, the research content, the research status, the research framework, and review the relevant literature.The second chapter mainly think about the construction of “living area with disaster prevention”. Summarized in four aspects: relevant concepts, principles, grading scale and the framework.The third chapter focus on the standards of construction the urban disaster prevention green space, summarized the specific requirements of layout guidelines, facility configuration and the planting design. At the same time, raised the principles and the methods to evaluate the urban green space’s disaster effectiveness.The fourth chapter, select the Taipei Xinyi as empirical research, field research the site environment, the population pressure, the land use, the road system, the public facilities and 18 green space. Choosing 5 green space to evaluate the urban green space’s disaster effectiveness to analysis the construction of urban disaster prevention area and the characteristics of disaster prevention green space planning in Taipei Xinyi, and summary the good practices.The fifth chapter, comprehensive the theoretical research with the empirical research, propose the development strategies of urban green space in the “living area with disaster prevention”, summarize the relevant planning principle and construct ideas.
