| With the development of social economy, the improvement of people’s living standard and the reform of the holiday system, the tourism market is flourishing. The rise of self driving tour brings opportunities for the development of RV tourism market. However the RV in China belongs to luxury goods. Consumer demand is multi-level trend, resulting in RV small batch production, high cost and variety demand. In view of the above phenomena, this paper studies the car interior space to seek an economic and feasible way to solve through using modular design concept and integrating the needs of consumers. This paper uses the theory of modular design to explore the distribution of car interior space. This paper elaborates the module design theory and the demand analysis of RV through using the method of literature research, case research method, survey research method, on-the-spot investigation method. Then it sums up the relationship between modular design and the car interior space construction using the theory of modular design. The car interior basic function area is divided bedroom module, kitchen module, bathroom module and room module. And according to the module division principle of the decomposition of function, modules become three levels, basic function and auxiliary function and the special function. This paper proposes the rational division of the module and combination ways based on the exploration of the parameter requirements and function division, and investigates RV modular design elements starting from the whole finally. This paper summarizes the design process from the RV modular, and uses the theory to guide the design practice.Anyhow, this paper is to explore and to solve the problem how the current situation of implementation of RV design and how to maximize the satisfaction of consumer demand. This paper tries to realize the flexible combination of the car interior space facilities through the module of design method to make the unity of standardization and individuation. Therefore, this paper uses the theory of modular design to explore RV design, and to play effective role in guiding the RV design. |
