Aging trend sweeping the globe, China in this backdrop has entered the aging society.With the increase of elderly population, the problem of the elderly has become a social issue. Therefore, we need to focus on the life of elderly and realize the problems in their life. Aging is a general problem in the elderly and the most serious manifestations of it is the problem in physiology and psychology.Especially those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease,their intellectual will deteriorate and they won’t take care of themselves,and will bring to themselves and family a heavy burden.This paper describes the characteristics of intellectual deterioration about normal elderly and the patient suffer from mild Alzheimer’s disease,as well as existing rehabilitation methods for them, including emotional care,memory training and intelligence training. Through interviews with mild Alzheimer’s disease caregivers, we realized many problems existed in rehabilitation training.This paper, we’ll research the existing educational products, analyze the educational effects, combined with the psychological characteristics,physiological characteristics and mental deterioration characteristic of the elderly, proposed a improved methods,that through increase Interaction. We hope to help the patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease slow mental deterioration, through improve existing educational products. while these can also help other elderly prevent Alzheimer.This paper mainly consists of five parts, the first part describes the research background and significance; the second part introduces the basic concepts and the relationship between interactivity and interaction design.Summarizes the research methods about elderly interactive educational toys The third part researches characteristics of the elderly and mild Alzheimer’s characteristics. The fourth chapter analyzes educational toys and the impact of existing educational products, analysis the problems of educational products, and analysis how of the interactive educational toys for solving this problem.This paper researches using a variety of methods, including literature search, case analysis, etc.to provide the basis for the study of the elderly as well as educational toys,hoping to provide more ideas for the development of educational toys.
