By basic tools of project management,such as WBS, progress plan diagram, milestone plan and Gantt chart, the paper carries out the optimal research of those problems of the project’s progress plan. In the part of the project’s progress control, the paper analyzes the main factors which influence the project’s progress and utilizes hierarchical management of the project’s progress, enabling the levels and purpose of the project’s progress control to be clearer and more definite.
