The Safety Risk Assessment Of The Production Facilities In Cogeneration Power Plant

Security is the eternal theme of the production, and risk assessment is an effective meansto ensure safety.Do a good job to security risk assessment is the primary task of the modernenterprise, so enterprise should increase security investment in order to protect the safety ofpeople’s lives and property in response to the national call. Thermal Power Plant of JilinPetroleum Group Co., Ltd carried out detailed security risk assessment for productionequipment to ensure continuous production safety.Firstly, this paper described the major overview of the thermal power plant and itsproduction facilities. At the same time, this paper introduced facilities’performanceparameters and production processes instructions. For thermal power plant’s producing device,the main object of the security risk assessment were ensured, including fuel system and fuelpulverizing equipment systems, moving ash equipment systems, desulfurization equipmentsystems, thermal systems, hydraulic and chemical water treatment equipment systems,heating equipment systems and fire protection and fire alarm systems. Something has beendone with evaluation systems in terms of material risk identification and analysis ofhazardous factors combining with relevant laws and regulations of major hazard identification.Evaluation units were divided based on the scope of the evaluation and production processes,then qualitative and quantitative safety risk assessment was done with the method ofPreliminary Hazard Analysis(PHA), Safety Checklist(SCL), Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) andFire and Explosion Hazard Index Evaluation. At last, the results of the assessment wascompared with the standard. Then some problems were found and some suggestions werecome up with according to analyzing differece.
