| Since the 2008 financial crisis, China’s economy affected by the international environment and the transition into the new normal, and project management to enhance the project also faced an opportunity. In this context, the company’s project development faces new challenges, traditional cost management methods seem difficult to play a role, but can not meet the need for the development of the new normal. This is because the cost of the project is followed by the full project life cycle, and cost management also has its own uniqueness and complexity. In order to achieve better economic efficiency, cost management has become an important part of project management. However, there are still a lot of companies do not have a standardized system of cost management, cost management did not play the role of its dominant position, the lack of scientific and effective management methods. To gain a competitive advantage, enterprises to strengthen project development cost management more is particularly prominent. In this paper, Z’s southern base for the research project, through literature review study, causal analysis, ABC analysis and project management theory and other research methods, presented visually cost management to achieve the overall management of the project costs, and enterprises can stand to study the development perspective of project cost management continued. Thesis problems and causes on a variety of factors southern base analysis and research projects during project construction cost management, the visualization method proposed cost management, and make the appropriate framework. After a clear visualization of project cost management framework, this paper will present the project cost management application visualization system, thus ensuring project target cost. Final thesis proposed the establishment of a visualization project cost management, to provide reference and guidance for the company’s cost management and c apacity-building. |
