Design And Research On Multifunctional Bed

As a kind of commonly used product,after years of development,multifunctional bed has reached a mature level.From the original manual bed to common dynamic bed,more and more new technology have been applied to multifunctional bed,the function is much more complete,but few kinds of bed have basic physiological health processing function.On the other hand,the research of intelligent closestool is mature,complete functions,high intelligent degree,convenient and comfortable.And the products for health care products are few,the market is mainly monopolized by foreign products,the price is high,and the products are not combined with bed.In order to solve this problem,this paper has designed a new kind of multifunctional bed,it combines the advantages of electric nursing bed and intelligent closestool,which can be turned over,helping patients to carry backs and curve legs.It also has a variety of functions including cover closing and opening,implement lifting,relieve oneself automatic detection and flushing,anal washing and different temperature wind drying,shampoo,bath,etc.High intelligent degree,easy operation,thouth use it.User can take physiological health care by himself.This paper mainly includes the following content:1)Based on the market research and related standards,completed the overall scheme design of multifunctional bed.According to human engineering theory,reasonable designed the parameters and function of the multifunctional bed.choosed the appropriate drive form and energy supply,determined the overall nursing bed structure design scheme and control system design scheme.2)Based on the simulation analysis softwares,taked kinematics and dynamics analysis for the multifunctional bed main motion mechanism.Establish multifunctional bed modules kinematics and dynamics model.Through using theoretical calculation and the virtual prototype technology to design verification,proved that the design scheme is feasible,and provided the basis for the follow-up control system development.3)Based on the 3d design software,completed the multifunctional bed structure design in detail.Detailed interpretate the design of four major function modules of multifunctional bed.Such as body framework,each action,clean body,auxiliary devices.4)Based on finite element analysis software,completed finite element analysis for the main load-bearing frame.Based on the stress distribution,force and displacement analysis test results,through analysis the design framework verified the design is feasibility.
