With the development of hydraulic technology, the application of hydraulic system in production is becoming more and more widely, especially a large number of hydraulic system are used in ship machinery. The hydraulic cylinder is one of the most important executive component of hydraulic system in ship machinery, and can realize complex motions with other mechanical equipment. The marine hydraulic cylinder have various models, and easily break down. Once the marine hydraulic cylinder break down, will seriously affect the normal operation of the ship, resulting in causing property damage, and even threatening the safety of life. Therefore, it is very important to the maintenance of the marine hydraulic cylinder. At present, because of the limited scope of the application of test system for hydraulic cylinder and the limited space of the factory building, it is very important for shipping companies to design a test system of marine hydraulic cylinder, which save space and is suitable for many types of marine hydraulic cylinders.In order to build a space-saving and widely applicable test bench, the key parts of the system, such as hydraulic drive system, loading system, mounting system,measurement and control system, were studied in detail, and test software was developed based on the software of Lab VIEW in the paper.Firstly, the research status of the hydraulic cylinder test bench and the contents of the test project were introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of existing test bench were analyzed. Secondly, the hydraulic system of the test bench were analyzed and were demonstrated. Besides, the design of system frame for the test bench, which covers a small area and is suitable for the testing of various types of hydraulic cylinders, was introduced, including the design of 3D model and the finite element analysis of the structural statics. Finally, the measurement and control system is developed in detail, including the hardware structure and function design and the application software development of the control system.The same side loading scheme was adopted in this test platform, which covers an area of small space, and it can simulate the actual load conditions; It is easy to operate using the scissors type hydraulic elevating table for leveling,and meets the different models of hydraulic cylinder for installation testing requirements; Due to the application of virtual instrument technology, test automation degree is high, which provide the future research and development of the test bench for hydraulic cylinder with a good reference. |
