| The nuclear main pump is one of the most critical equipment related to the long-life and high reliable operation of the nuclear power plant.Its production process and delivery need to be strictly tested.The hydraulic loading system of the nuclear main pump test bench is the main equipment to simulate the actual working conditions of the nuclear main pump and complete the testing of the nuclear main pump,which is used to test the function and reliability of the nuclear main pump.The important data support is provided for the design and improvement of the nuclear main pump subsequent in-service operation.Moreover it’s of great significance for improving the security of nuclear power plants.It’s very strict with its parameters for the main pump of the third generation nuclear power seal.The change of medium temperature,pressure,pump speed and load during the operation of the hydraulic loading system of large thrust bearing will lead to the nonlinear and uncertain problems of the hydraulic loading system.The conventional control methods can’t meet the control accuracy and requirements.Therefore,this paper analyzes the working condition characteristics and the characteristics of the hydraulic loading system,studies the new control method of the hydraulic loading system of the nuclear main pump test-bed,and completes the engineering design of the measurement and control test-bed.The main work contents are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics and requirements of the operating parameters of the nuclear main pump and the principle of the hydraulic loading system are analyzed.The process design of the hydraulic loading system of the nuclear main pump test-bed is completed based on AMESim software,and the mathematical model of the hydraulic loading system is established.Secondly,a fuzzy active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)based on stochastic configuration networks(SCN)is designed to meet the requirements of high precision,fast response and complex influencing factors.Based on ADRC,the gain of feedback control law is adjusted online by fuzzy inference method to improve the dynamic performance of the control system;Estimation of disturbance and compensation of extended state observer(ESO)using SCN,which reduces the computational complexity of the ESO and improves the observation accuracy;Through these two aspects,the ADRC is improved to obtain better control quality.The simulation experiment shows that the system has achieved obvious control effect under different loads and different simulated working conditions.Finally,based on Labview software and NI hardware,the hydraulic control console of nuclear main pump test-bed is designed,and some experiments verifications are carried out.The results show that the fuzzy ADRC based on SCN optimization has good robustness,the error of loading force is within the allowable range,and the accuracy of the designed controller meets the engineering requirements. |
