Study On Stereo Design Method Of Exterior Space Of Low-Density Office Park

In recent years, for the need of industrial cluster, the need of enterprises’ promotion and officers’ demanding to enjoy the nature, the low-density office park raises up as a new kind of architecture and urban planning. Space construction of the office park has become much more important. As a vital component of the office park, exterior space concerns about the officers’ requirements, both physically and mentally. Reasonable layout of the exterior space can guide the officers’ activity in the low-density office park.This paper is submitted to the stereo design of exterior space of low-density office park, starting from the study of influencing factors, both objective and subjective; and finally it puts forward some strategies to improve the exterior space of low-density office park. The article makes further efforts to the stereo design of the low-density office park’s exterior space with the analysis of Both sides of the Strait of Nanjing science and Technology Industrial Park.Research methods include case study, field research and comparative study. This article presents some referable strategies on the low-density office park’s exterior space, and provides advisable guidance on the stereo design of the low-density office park’s exterior space.
