Research On Control Method For Non-Development Land Of County

Along with the process of urbanization, The contradiction between city construction and ecological environment is getting more and more sharp:in the construction of the city, some of the small city often only focus on the city development, land economy and city of blind expansion, but ignore the protection of non-development land which is closely related to the ecological environment of the city and the quality of living。As a result, the environment and ecological become worse and worse. The sustainable development of the city faces the threat. Through the research of this article, the author hope to find out a kind of how to make the small city to avoid destruction phenomenon in the course of development.This paper first briefly stated the purpose of the study and the significance of the research and the research results at home and abroad. We can know the situation of the non-developmen land in the small city and find out the causes of problem. Among the previous studies, this paper analyzes the problem of ecological landscape with dynamic analysis of land use and vegetation coverage and Landscape pattern. Then, it makes a distinction between development land and non-development land with the suitability evaluation of land and the prediction of ecological carrying capacity. The paper presents protective type, strategical type and technological type three kinds of classification methods, and propose methods of planning control.This paper applies the previously described theory to the practice in non-development land of Fengtai as an example. It analyzes the basic situation of Fengtai and makes a classification of non-development land. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the non-development land control.
