Currently, road asphalt pavement construction is still in hot mix asphalt(HMA, hot mix asphalt). However, Hwa in high temperature in the process of construction, consume a large amount of fuel and the release of toxic substances. It is not only a threat the health of operators, more is to human survival environment has brought about negative effects. Warm mix asphalt(WMA, warm mix asphalt) is a new type of energy-saving environmental protection of asphalt mixing technology, can significantly reduce the viscosity of asphalt, the asphalt mixture in the relatively low temperatures can carry on the mixing and compaction construction and ensure the HMA is a kind of performance, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.In this paper, Sasobit-LM, Thiopave and EWMA-1 three different warm mix agent and 70# and SBS(I-C) two kinds of asphalt research, the main content is divided into three parts, as follows:First of all, the Sasobit-LM, thiopave and EWMA-1 modified 70# preparation 70#~Sasobit-LM, 70#~Thiopave and 70#~EWMA-1 warm mix asphalt, and EWMA-1 Sasobit-LM modified SBS SBS, SBS~Sasobit-LM and SBS~EWMA-1 warm mix modified asphalt is prepared, and then on the warm mix asphalt viscosity, penetration, ductility, softening point and adhesion test and research of warm mix agent on asphalt viscosity and road use performance impact. The results showed that the single from of asphalt viscosity reducing effect of view, thiopave of asphalt viscosity effect is the best, followed by Sasobit-LM, finally is EWMA-1, namely Thiopave>Sasobit-LM>EWMA-1; and from the point of view of the influence on the general properties of asphalt and three kinds of warm mix additives are varying degrees of improve the high-temperature asphalt and the temperature susceptibility, while also reducing asphalt at low temperature and adhesion properties.Secondly, the Marshall of the six different temperature of warm mix asphalt mixture compaction molding test and Superpave compaction method, analysis of two kinds of molding methods of specimen effect on molding temperature curve and a gap of drawing different mixture rate, temperature drop rate of different warm mix agent shows that the compaction specimen porosity is much greater than with rotation compaction method, the sensitivity to temperature is also stronger than the rotation compaction method; according to the determined two kinds of molding methods of warm mix asphalt mixing and molding temperature are basically the same, to determine the temperature range of Sasobit-LM, Thiopave and EWMA-1 were 22 C and 26 C and that is 17 DEG C, cooling capacity of Thiopave>Sasobit-LM>EWMA-1.Finally, according to the warm mix asphalt mixture optimal mixing and compaction temperature road performance test, inspection and analysis of warm mix agent of mixture effects, including rutting test, small beam bending test, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test etc.. The experimental results show that the warm mix agent can greatly improve the high-temperature stability, but the performance of the low temperature performance and anti water damage have negative effects.
