In 2011 China issued" China’s policies and actions on climate change (2011)" white paper, during the world climate conference in Durban China make as important participation to the international negotiations on climate change, and it ask higher requirements to our country economic construction in the process of energy conservation and emission reduction. The construction of Warm mixture asphalt pavement in China as new technologies in the field of environmental protection, Warm mixture asphalt reduce energy consumption and harmful gas during the production of asphalt mixture and make construction of the temperature low, will promote green development of the highway construction and have very important meaning.The paper through the application of more mature technology based on surface activity of warm mixture asphalt technology, the test of two of warm-mixed agent for asphalt component, conventional performance, viscosity temperature relationship and so on, analysis warm-mixed agent in the production of asphalt mixture construction process mechanism. By combining engineering application examples, contrast based on the analysis of the surface active technology of warm mix asphalt mixture advantage and application prospect. It is found by experiments, based on the surface active technology of warm-mixed additive,make little change to the asphalt composition, temperature sensitivity, high and low temperature, aging and adhesion properties, the properties are not changed. the main reason of warm-mixed additive can decrease the asphalt mixture mixing and paving temperature is surface active compositions for asphalt and aggregate mixture between particles and interface conditions change. And through a combination of asphalt mixture test and engineering practice, validation of warm-mixed additive in the production of asphalt mixture construction, indeed reducing construction temperature and at the same time to ensure that the mixture of each performance index function.The conclusion of this paper clear warm-mixed additive action mechanism, provide the relevant information for development and improvement based on surface active technology of warm-mixed additive, also can be used as the evaluation standard of quality of warm-mixed additive, the results of warm mixture asphalt and the asphalt experiment, for the promotion of warm mix asphalt technology, perfect warm mix technique in the application of the standard and perfect have important role.
