The highway industry of our country has got rapid development after the reform and opening-up policy. But the maintenance work of highway is facing a serious challenge with the growing number of cars and open years. MOH material has obvious advantages in the field of road maintenance because of its excellent performance. People have not developed the dedicated paver to pave MOH material, it causes great inconvenience to the promotion and application of MOH material. Auger conveyer is an important part of paver, it has an effect on the productivity and work quality of paver. For the above, this paper aims at studying the auger conveyer parameter of MOH material paver.This paper studies the kinematics and dynamics of particles in the process of conveyance. According to the force state and speed characteristic, motion law of particle is speculated in the course of conveyance. Mathematical models of auger conveyer parameter are analyzed, and the influence that caused by parameters is studied on the process of conveyance. The paper chooses a number of parameters groups through the reference to similar paver, and establishes the solid model of auger conveyer. EDEM is used to simulate the conveyance course, and suitable parameters group is selected by contrasting the simulation result. In addition, hydraulic drive scheme of auger conveyer is designed and key element is chosen by research of parameter matching. ANSYS is used to analyze the auger conveyer, we can obtain the graph of stress and strain and its resonance frequency to provide reference for the design of auger conveyer.
