Research And Develop On Computation And Simulation System For Rapid Design Of Automobile Fittings

This thesis is completed on the basis of great science and technology Research project in Zhejiang,named "Research on Product Design and Product Management Information System for Rapid Respond Customer's Demand and its applying in Auto fittings" (project number: 2004C11004).a deep research was made on Computation and Simulation required by rapid design.Propose the parameter model solution for the problems of FEA, assemble simulation motion simulation.designed and developed the Computation and Simulation system.Chapter 1,Introduce the paper's research background, research filed,research target,Expound the current research status of the related literatures,and make a decision what to be researched. Propose the the paper's main contents and finally give the organization frame of the paper.Chapter 2, Introduce the whole frame of the system, analyse the process of rapid design in Auto fittings, combined with the research of the target products, and on the basis of the relation to the other systems. Propose the whole frame and function frame of the system.Chapter 3, Made some research on FEM for rapid design,propose the parameter finite element model,and introduce the model's principle .. modeling process .. application and characteristics.It can be used to deal with the FEA of the part by variant design,realized the repeated use of the pretreatment of FEA.Reduce the time in FEA, support the rapid design in effect.The parameter finite element model include both the geometry information and the FEA simulation parameter,it is related with the part model.Chapter 4, Made some research on assemble simulation method for rapid design.propose the parameter assemble simulation model's principle modeling process application and characteristics.It can be used to deal with the assemble simulation of the product by variant design, realized the repeated use of the assemble process. Reduce the time in assemble simulation,support the rapid design in effect.The parameter assemble simulation model include the information of product model and the assemble process.it is related with the product model.Chapter 5, Introduce the solution of compution in design for the company in common uses briefly; Made some research on motion simulation method for rapid design,propose parameter motion simulation model and explain its work principle and process.Chapter 6, Combined with the projiect, developed the Computation and Simulation system, validate the practicability of the parameter finite element model and parameter assemble simulation model,and give out the running example of the system.At last, summarize and prospect to this paper.
