With the progress of society and the development of technology, people’s requirements of quality of living environment are also gradually improving. As a kind of air conditioning form of creating a comfortable living environment for people,capillary radiation air conditioning has been widely concerned. Capillary plane radiation air conditioning system has overcome the inherent shortcoming of the traditional air conditioning which is difficult to solve. It not only can effectively use natural cooling source and industrial waste heat, but also can provide a good indoor thermal environment. It is a kind of energy saving and comfortable air conditioning system. Under the background of low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection which is strongly advocated by our country, capillary plane radiation air conditioning system is considered to be a good choice for its tremendous energy saving potential.In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of research status at home and abroad and the control theory of indoor and outdoor thermal comfort of radiation air conditioning,calculation methods of comfort, energy saving, cooling load and fresh air load in those rooms of the capillary surface radiation air conditioning system are studied.Firstly, the kind of and the calculation methods of cooling load and humidity load of capillary plane radiation air conditioning system were analysed theoretically and in detail. A typical office in an office building in Xi’an was selected as studying subject.Cooling load was calculated by using liquid simulation software CFD and traditional harmonic reaction method. The results were compared in terms of fractional everysaving rate and combined with the calculation method of radiation floor heating load,namely correction coefficient method, capillary radiation air conditioning system of two laying methods of cooling load’s correction factor were obtained, namely amendment of conditioning cooling load air calculated by harmonic reaction method. When the capillary air conditioning terminal device are mounted on the ceiling, the correction coefficient is 0.75; when the capillary air conditioning terminal device are mounted on the up wall near the ceiling, the correction coefficient is 0.775. The results contribute significant in the application of capillary plane radiation air conditioning system in engineering field.Secondly, an office building in Xi’an was selected as an example. The physical model of the room was established in CFD fluid dynamics simulation software, the air conditioning cooling load of the room was calculated with correction coefficient method when capillary laying on the ceiling, then the laying area of capillary was obtained.The room temperature field of each interface of two kinds of air conditioning system of capillary radiation of DOAS and the traditional VRF air conditioning system had been simulated respectively and the temperature profile of each height of the room was obtained. The simulation result showed that temperature stratification phenomenon in the vertical direction appeared in VRF air conditioning system; The temperature distribution of the capillary radiation air conditioning was uniform. Therefore, capillary radiation air conditioning system is a kind of air conditioning system which is more suitable for human comfort.Finally, Capillary radiation air conditioning system was a double working condition of the air conditioning system,Based on the theory of exergy analysis,The capillary radiation air conditioning energy-saving to be a qualitative analysis,refrigeration in the summer under the working conditions, Its and the traditional fan coil unit air conditioning system of energy saving, we can know that capillary radiation system can energy saving 59% of air conditioning energy consumption in the summer; under the winter heating conditions, With the traditional heating terminal form(such as traditional fan coil system, radiator heating system and floor radiation heating system) of energy-saving was analyzed, compared with the conventional fan coil unit system, itcould save energy about 53.9%, compared with the radiator system, it could save energy about 81.3%, compared with the floor radiant heating system, it could save energy about 69. 2%.
