In our country, traditional air conditioning system has a series of problems, such as large energy consumption, poor adjustable, sanitation and poor ability of convective wind speed, noise, and many other shortcomings. Capillary plane radiation air conditioning system arises at the historic moment, it has the advantages of energy saving, comfortable, environmental protection. It should shoulder the important responsibility on the implementation of the green economy type society.For comfort air conditioning in summer, the temperature of cold water within the capillary network is usually 16~18℃. The temperature of frozen water raise and the evaporation temperature will increase, the performance of the refrigeration unit coefficient COP (Coefficient of Performance) also increase accordingly. Heat transfer must depend on temperature difference to provide the motivation. But capillary net radiation between the plate and the air conditioning room belongs to the small temperature difference of heat transfer. Because of the shortage of the transmission power makes the radiation heat transfer, convection heat transfer are diminished. In the Shandong area, air conditioning cooling load index per unit area of ordinary residential buildings, office buildings, hotel is lesser, application of capillary plane radiation air conditioning system can satisfy the requirement of removing indoor cooling load. But for large public buildings, such as shopping malls, cinemas and theatres, stadiums, hall and other buildings, the crowded conditions, air conditioning cooling load per unit area is often larger, some as high as 200 W/m2~300 W/m2. At this point, deducted from the new wind load, we must compare capillary cooling per unit area and air conditioning cooling load per unit area, and then decide whether to apply.In this paper, the radiation air conditioning research and development at home and abroad were made a summary, and according to the actual situation, air conditioning load calculation analysis was carried out on the large public building, combined with the cooling performance of the capillary network, it used the method of combining the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, to make the practical application of capillary plane radiation air conditioning expanding system scientific and reasonable.First of all, this paper introduced the capillary network of the installation, and adopted metal plate ceiling radiation according to the specific conditions of air conditioning room. It analized the physical structure of the model and the heat transfer process in detail. The cooling capacity is limited, because of the characteristics of capillary network. The amount of cooling unit area maximum value is about 90 W/m2, It put forward options that can increase the new air volume, add dry fan coil or cabinet air-conditioner in indoor as auxiliary measures when the capillary net cooling capacity deficiency, to solve the problem of capillary network used in large public buildings constrained.Second, take a tall building in Laiwu city, Shandong province for example, the characteristics and the air conditioning load of air conditioning room is analyzed. The application solutions of capillary plane radiation air conditioning system in the building are discussed. Theoretical analysis shows that three kinds of air conditioning system developing program are able to meet the requirements of the temperature and humidity of the indoor environment.Finally, by using Airpak software, the application effect of extending air conditioning system is simulated. Through the analysis of simulation results, it found that these three schemes are able to meet the requirements of personnel to the indoor environment temperature and humidity. The distribution of temperature field and velocity field in the area of the human activity can satisfy the requirement of personnel for comfort basically. By the analysis of field synergy theory, PMV, PPD and system energy consumption, this paper compared the simulation results of three kinds of compound air conditioning system. It found that add fan coil air conditioning system is better. The synergistic effect of temperature field and velocity field is the strongest, cold source and the indoor environment of the heat transfer effect is best, thermal comfort and staff satisfaction is in highest level, and more energy efficient than other two kinds of systems.This topic extends the application of capillary air conditioning system, and provides three practical capillary type air conditioner expansion systems. It has a certain guiding significance for the rich of capillary air conditioning system, enlarging its application scope.
