| CRCP+DOAS(Ceiling Radiation Cold Plate Plus Dedicated Outdoor Air System)Air conditioning system has been promoted in real life stage in recent years.Because of high investment of initial system,now it mainly used in developed areas,just like Hongkong,Macao,and Pearl River Delta region.Due to the air humidity,high temperature in southeast coastal area,CRCP +DOAS air conditioning system also encountered some problems in the application process.This paper studied and analyzed metal radiation surface condensation,radiant cooling ability and weak System operation and investment from the end of radiation,air system,water system in three aspects of this system.The structure of the mainstream metal radiant panel in the domestic and foreign markets were compared and analyzed in this paper,then a new modular of metal radiant ceiling was designed,with independent fresh air dehumidification system,This metal radiant ceiling can directly use water that the lowest temperature is 10℃ to radiant cooling.After analysing of the heat transfer mechanism of metal radiant ceiling,the radiation heat resistance does not increase too much compared to the metal board on the market,but the CFD simulation of the surface temperature field showed that the uniformity of surface temperature field has greatly improved.Simultaneously,this paper analysed fresh air dehumidification which Determine the new air volume according to the indoor sanitation standard,the results showed that the volume of fresh air dehumidification was small,so to meet the control of indoor air relative humidity,the temperature of delivering fresh air into the indoor is low,the routine Single stage cooling device treatment is difficult to achieve.Research on the initial investment and operation cost of the system showed the initial investment of the cooling water system is high apart from the expensive restricted intellectual property about metal radiation terminal.the application of dynamic distributed two level pump in CRCP+DOAS was analysed,it is found that the system is very suitable for CRCP+DOAS air conditioning system and,the combination has great potential to save energy. |
