| With the development of society and progress of technology in our country,people’s requirements for the quality and artistry of modern interior space is increasing.Interior design has developed rapidly, and interior design with modern sense must be the inspiration source of traditional culture. Classical Gardens of Suzhou is the model of Chinese classical gardens, the most representative building of Suzhou--a historical and cultural city, and it is also the carrier of traditional culture of Suzhou. It is of great research value. Ideal spatial framework and environmental atmosphere can be created through the inheritance, creation and integration of the excellent gardening elements and technique contained in Classical Gardens of Suzhou.This paper studies the relationship between interior design and Classical Gardens of Suzhou by selecting Classical Gardens of Suzhou--the excellent representative of Chinese classical gardens as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the development process of interior design and the value of Classical Garden of Suzhou and finds out the link between the two, which is the foundation of the follow-up study. Secondly, it analyzes the performance of the gardening elements and techniques of Classical Garden of Suzhou in modern interior design by the integration and induction of relevant literature. Thirdly, with the above analysis, it summarizes the design strategies and integrates Classical Garden of Suzhou with interior design from five aspects:elements, colors, materials, techniques and ideas. Finally, it applies the summed-up reference techniques to the design of a tea restaurant in Suzhou area, and it makes a deeper digging of the variability of Classical Garden of Suzhou art in practical application and makes a deeper thinking of the integration trend of traditional cultureand modern interior design.With the reference of the gardening elements and techniques in Classical Garden of Suzhou, the author integrates the traditional culture contained in Classical Garden of Suzhou into interior design, which makes the modern interior design closely related to the development of its regional environment and the times to explore the modern interior design with regional characteristics and national characteristics. Based on the perspective of traditional culture, with the application of modern design language, it induces and sorts out the new methods and new ideas of modern interior design. In this way, the interior design will be more rational and a more comprehensive and healthy development can be achieved. |
