Research On The Design And Control Strategy Of Office Building External Public Space

Under the background of the city’s rapid economic development in our country,more and more people gathered in the city. However, urban public space of high quality for outdoor activities is occupied by all kinds of buildings and expanding roods. The quantity of urban public space is not enough, the location of the urban public space is disequilibrium and the quality of urban public space is poor. Only rely on individual urban planning public space has been difficult to meet the people’s demand for increasingly rich outdoor public activities.Proportion of office buildings in the modern city is big. And office building is the most one of the buildings closely relating to people’s daily lives. If the outer space properly designed, it can be one of the effective solutions solving the current problems in the urban public space. But at present, the planning, design and management of office building outside public space is insufficient. And the attention and research in this respect is deficient. Through the analysis of related cases and controls strategies, this paper discusses the following questions: How to create high quality office building external public space be of organic integration with city various functions,reasonable morphology and comfortable environment through space design;How to make office buildings provide more public space for the public through plan policy; How to ensure that the public can make full use of these the external public space attached to the office building of through the late management. The study of these problems can provide guidance and reference for achieving the goal of office building external public space better serving the public.This article includes five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, introducing research background, research status, research object and content, research purpose and meaning, research methods and framework.
